The various customers are from various backgrounds and must have different kind of budget for buying their dream homes and to facilitate that, Gaursons Group has flexible payment options which can be opt by the customers according to their choice and feasibility. The Gaur Smart Homes Payment Plan is also one the lines of the same ideology of the group and there are two different payment options between which a customer can choose the most suitable one according to his or her need and circumstances. The first plan is the construction linked plan which has various segments in which the customers need to pay the amount of for the apartment step by step. During the time of booking the apartments, you need to pay an amount of INR 100000.The balance of 10% within the 15 days from the day of booking the apartment. The remaining amount has to be paid parallel to the construction developments like 10% each of the time starting from the 45 days of the booking date and this is going to be the 2nd instalment. The third instalment has to be made on the starting the building of the raft. The fourth instalment has to be paid when the work related to the slab of the 2nd basement starts. When the 2nd podium is started to get constructed, the fifth instalment has to be made. With the placement of the slab of the roofs of the 3rd floor the sixth instalments has to be paid. The seventh and the eighth instalment has to be made when the 10th and the 20th floor’s roof is being constructed (respectively). The remaining 20 % is
being again divided in halves and has to be paid as the ninth and the final instalment respectively on the starting of the construction of the top floor and when you take the possession of you apartment.
The down payment plan is pretty simple and is like 10% on the booking of the apartment then 85% within 45 days of the booking and the remaining 5% when you will get the keys of your apartment. The service tax is as per the government and the price list may change without any prior notice.
